Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods. For a contract without delivery of goods, it starts on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example by email or via the contact form. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notification before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery we offer.
We refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you are not charged any fees for this.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return — whichever is earlier.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day of your notification. We bear the cost of return.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where it results from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
For digital services
If, at your express request, we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you owe us a reasonable amount for the share performed up to your withdrawal.
