We check the proof If name and address match what you entered, we move on. If anything is unclear, we get in touch.

We look it up We check what we hold on you — in the Premium infrastructure and in your account.

Why a proof?

Without one, somebody could request your data or have it deleted in your name. The proof protects you, not us.

Without Premium, usually a short answer

If KidsProxy only runs in your home, we almost certainly hold nothing on you — unless you have written to us.
